"I’d like to commend LOGIX employee Princetta Jackson for a job well done. The Electronic Security Association is an extremely satisfied LOGIX customer, who unfortunately relocated to a facility where LOGIX was not able to provide service. In the course of our relocation, we experienced issues with our new toll free provider. After the discovery of the problems, with a pending service cancellation looming, I called upon LOGIX to assist the Electronic Security Association to overcome the issues we were facing with our new carrier. It was during this transaction that I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Princetta Jackson. Ms. Jackson went above and beyond the call of duty to not only assist me by answering every question asked accurately and timely, she went further to become my advocate to ensure me that my toll free service would remain intact until the necessary porting of the numbers took place. Ms. Jackson proved herself to be beyond knowledgeable regarding my account, and intuitive as to what was required and what course of action was to be taken next. Ms. Jackson took ownership, and made a critical business matter turn out well.
