To help you get the most out of the services LOGIX provides, we have developed an uncomplicated set of useful tools and information to simplify your telecom experience.
Can I pay my bill online?
LOGIX currently offers the option of auto-draft payments through your company’s checking account. To enroll in this program, please contact our Credit Dept. at 1-800-999-8105.
Can I pay my bill with credit card?
Yes, LOGIX currently accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard, Company check, Auto Draft or check by phone. Contact our Credit Dept. at 1-800-999-8105.
How and when are late fees calculated?
Late fees are applied if payment is not received by the due date on your monthly invoice. A late fee of $29.50 is applied as is a finance charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance minus taxes.
Can I send a fax through my Fax to E-mail?
LOGIX Fax to E-mail provides the convenience of receiving faxes directly into your personal E-mail box. However, it is not an outbound service.
How do I make an international call and what is the rate per minute?
You must dial 011 plus the country code or city code followed by the telephone number. International calls to Canada or the Caribbean are dialed 1 plus area code and number. The rate per minute varies depending on the location of the call.
Do you supply long distance codes? How can I add a long distance code?
LOGIX provides verified or unverified long distance account codes ranging in length from 1 to 12 digits. Contact our Customer Care Department at 1.800.444.0258 to establish or change long distance codes. This request will be completed within 48 hours.
How can I get a 1-800 number? Is there an additional charge?
Call Logix Customer Care at 1-800-444-0258 and Logix will quickly reserve a new toll free telephone number for your company, or an existing number can easily be ‘ported’ to your LOGIX account. The toll free per minute rate varies depending on your LOGIX long distance rate plan. All Logix product packages include at least one free toll free number. Additional monthly charges may apply for additional toll free numbers.
How do Conference Calls work?
The LOGIX On Demand Conference feature allows you to conduct a conference call with up to 99 participants. Refer to our LOGIX on line user guide for detailed instructions.
Does LOGIX sell phone equipment?
No, LOGIX does not sell or service telephone equipment.
Do you have a list of phone vendors in my area? Isn't LOGIX my phone vendor?
LOGIX is not a hardware or phone equipment provider. Please call your Logix Account Manager or Logix Customer Care at 1-800-444-0258 for assistance.
Does LOGIX sell Domain Names?
No, LOGIX would be happy to host your Domain Name service but we are not a registrar and do not sell Domain Names. Two of the more reputable registrars are Go Daddy and Network Solutions.
Can your ftp site/Monster box give temporary passwords?
No, LOGIX does not provide temporary Monster Box passwords.
Why isn't my iPhone receiving E-mail?
If LOGIX is hosting your E-mail, use the following settings:
Server name: mail.logixonline.com
Input: user name and password
Incoming port # 110
Outgoing port # 2525
Check: my server requires authentication
Can we password protect individual folders in Monster box?
LOGIX provides authenticated log-in to the parent folder only.
Will you manage my wireless network?
As your Internet Service Provider, LOGIX provides an Ethernet handoff to your computer network, but we do not manage any elements of your network including wireless devices.
